I've lived here almost two years and aside from being overpriced, I've had a terrible experience with my sleep schedule. I work third shift and at least once a week I'm unable to sleep due to construction, the noise of neighbors, or other tasks by the leasing office. I've very politely called several times and requested that they please be considerate when scheduling things. Yet here I am, 30min after falling asleep, being woken up to people ripping up the carpet next door. I'm wearing earplugs and it still sounds like they're tearing the building down. The fact that I have to sleep with earplugs in is ridiculous enough. For as much as I pay and the 'quiet living environment' I was promised, I should be able to be well rested before work. Definitely will not be renewing my lease a second time!

Maintenance requests are answered promptly, my experiences have been positive. My only suggestion would be to give a courtesy call to the residents when maintenance is on the way. The first day we moved in, I called the leasing office and someone was at the door in 30 minutes. During the summer, I called the leasing office to ask maintenance to come the following day and someone came the next day at 10 am. Yesterday, I submitted a request through the resident portal and someone came within 3 hours. Being able to select a day or having same day service is convenient.

Put in a maintenance request at 5:00 PM on a Wednesday and my repairs were done by noon the next day. Very impressed with the professionalism and the level of work. Given the size of the community, I couldn't be more impressed with how this was handled. Great job, LC Preserve Crossing!

I called in a work order in the morning and maintenance staff was there by that afternoon to attend to my issue. We've lived here almost 2 yrs, and any time I've needed to turn in an order, they're always at my apt on the same day to take care of the problem. In addition to promptness, they are always courteous and friendly.

OVER PRICED. If you have to shorten your contract you will pay A VERY HEAVY PRICE. Lots of HIDDEN COST in utilities. I only stay at the apartment four nights a week and my utility was over $90. You pay for garbage pickup, common area, utility, and other activities. I hade to shorten my stay by five months and I paid close to $5,000 to get out of my contract. HIGHWAY ROBBERY. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY AT ANY OF THEIR FACILITIES.
