On February 17th I took my son and granddaughter to the restaurant, It was the worse experience I have had at a restaurant ever.... He had ordered a Philly it came out as a French Dip server took back and he received the same sandwich just with peppers and onions on it... I had ordered a salad and got that after the meal was half done.... He than ordered a beer which the server forgot about.... She said she would get the mgr but they never came over to the table... I think the kitchen staff and servers need to have better training.... I have been in the industry for 30 plus yrs as server to mgr and the way the whole situation was handle was very unprofessional.....

This is suppose to be a high end restaurant?! We'll the walls were wrote all over the bathrooms were dirty! The food was terrible except for the desert! The best thing about the experience was the waiter who was kind courteous and patient! The whole restaurant needs to be cleaned thoroughly even the plants in the bathroom were even full of dust! It is a wanna be 3 out of 5 star restaurant but it is only a 1 start! I come from Williston North Dakota and they have more dirt to deal with in a day than a place like this and they even keep up on their dirt in Williston! This is a place where they just don't care they just want a buck and that is all they get! If they would just clean up the place and not put their fingers in the food then they would be able to charge more than $9.99 for a steak! I mean in Williston North Dakota I pay 3 times that for a burger and the restaurant is cleaner than this place and I guess I know it is worth it now!

Was there on Feb. 21, 2015 enjoying a late Valentine date with my husband. After not being served in an hour and a half we left. No one came and asked if everything was ok or said what the hold up was, they just ignored us. As my favorite place to eat it has really hit rock bottom. We ended up at Steak and Shake, had better service and the food was actually delivered in a timely fashion. The only saving thought of the date was the hot tub at the hotel. Find some waitresses that care and want to be there, this doesn't say much for the manager either.

Service was slow and poor, food took forever to come out to our table, and after food was only mediocre.... Overall a shitty experience

Had 10 oz sirloin on the lunch menu. 10 oz for $9.99! Cooked exactly how we asked, medium. Server was OK. Very few ppl. Good prices.
