those people have horrible customer service skills... or no home training!!! rude AS EVER they messed up my order than demanded a recipe when they didnt give me on one the first place !!! :(
I go out of my way to drive to this McDonald's because the one in Sheffield Village SUCKS and the one in Avon by the highway always give you sandwich's with bread that is hard, their breakfast sandwich's and burrito's are always hard. The employee's are very nice here and fix any messed up order which I rarely have. Thanks guys!! Stay away from Sheffield one on Detroit rd. very rude people and always mess up orders and treat you like a criminal over fixing it.
Terrible workers, myself and anyone that I've talked to said they get the order wrong every time they go there along with the managers and workers being rude.
this place is a joke. every time i come here i have a problem and they want $15 an hr.
