I've been told on multiple occasions late at night (driving home after midnight) that they can either not take cash payments, and the other half of the time that they can't take card payments. It feels like a scam so that they don't have to deal with half of the drive through orders they get. At least one person at the drive through is always rude, and even when my order is correct on the screen/receipt it is wrong 4 out of 5 times. Ice cream for shakes and cones is out of order or being serviced so often that I don't even ask for it on the rare occasion I actually go there any more. Almost every employee looks angry and like they're just waiting to burn the place down. If I want McDonald's I'll usually just go out of my way to the one on 1010 E Broad St, off of 57.

went thru drive thru last night at 12:12 was told that they were not serving burgers, they were peeping for breakfast and if I wanted a breakfast sandwich it would be 10 wait

When we entered the restaurant an elderly couple was complaining about napkins, and quite frankly it went down from there. There was no ice in the pop machine, the area surrounding it was a disaster. They had ice in the back, and were making iced coffees. When we told the woman at the register she replied "Well I told them to fill it earlier." The small/medium lids were gone, save one left discarded in the large section. Upon going to sit down and eating our food, we found a large wad of gum stuck to the top of the table. Then as if it couldn't get any worse, a man who we've seen frequently bumming money comes in. We have never seen this man order food, and he was pestering us and other customers for money. This man reeked, the smell was so heavy it was sickening. We quickly finished and on the way out I went to use the restroom. There was not a shred of toilet paper left and the trash cans were over flowing. We will never return to this location for service, we will now got to the Burger King across the street.

I just ordered med double filet-o-fish with 2 side salads....I was asked twice to repeat my order..I did ..but got home and discovered that I had a small fry and pop with no side salad....I could have returned the food but what's the point. Its gonna continue to happen cause this place has new people ever time I go there.....I will not waste my time going back!!! Slow down and give me what I pay for!!!
