after our holiday christmas party at J's all employees bank cards were compromised! We lost much money. We will be sueing.
Walked in the door and was ignored. Sat myself down and it took 5 min to get a menu. Ordered the largest steak they had and was still hungry after I was finished. No one offered steak sauce which it needed badly. Was trying to watch the playoffs and they only put it on one TV and they had the juke box playing so they turned off the volume for the game. Then I ordered an appetizer because I was still hungry and it came without a fork. Sat their for 15 min before I got something to eat it with. Food is bad, beer is stored in a warm room so it comes out flat. Cant say anything else in town is better. Try the next town.
Terrible. Ribs were very salty, had to return them. Ahai tuna is gross. French onion soup is "just edible".
Too bad it's changed for the worst. Very pricey and no value. Food not great. Honesty feel Applebee's would of been a better choice!
Just got back from my 2nd experience at J's, and I left rather annoyed this time. First visit was good in terms of food and service, but this time the service was lacking. It is a Sunday, and my family and I arrive all decked out in our football gear well ahead of kickoff and expressed a desire to be seated where we could watch the game when it started. Games start and I look around to see my game on NONE of the tvs within view. I asked and was told they were working on it. To their credit, people moved around and apparently tried things but no one ever said anything. 10 mins later I realize the game is on but on a tv behind us and at an angle that was barely watchable. We had planned to stay until at least half and I was gearing up to make some additional purchases but after that I wasn't going to waste my money any further. Well done J's. Now I'd rather drive an additional 10mins across town to go to BW3s where I know they will provide a better service.
