Good food, nice atmosphere, and friendly staff. The Ruben is delicious and so many great brews to choose from.
Sat~8-4 We chose to dine @ this unique restaurant to commence our 2nd annual Kubinec family reunion. Our party of sixteen dear family members dined on the deck overlooking Eagle Creek. It was a balmy evening & a storm was approaching so we placed our order's promptly with our server Paula. She was extremely efficient & catered to our every request! The ale was awesome, martinis were dirty & my blue mustang was a refreshing treat to beat the heat. The inside dining was very busy but the kitchen staff did a phenomenal job with all our meals. My salmon was seared to perfection & balanced beautifully on top of the bed of jasmine rice & grilled pineapple ring. The salad of grilled romaine hearts topped with mission figs, mandarin oranges, feta & walnuts was crisp & a feast for both the eyes & the stomach. After we finished our meals we lingered on the deck exchanging farewells with our family members from Missouri, Arizona, Indiana,Michigan & New York. All the while the breeze blowing lightly through the nearby tree boughs. We will definitely be back to indulge in another grilled speciality in the near future.
Set in an old mill, this is a great place to try a few interesting brews! The food portions are a little small for the price I paid, but the beer flight was totally worth it. My favorite was a strawberry type beer.
Main Street has become one of my favorite places. Their food AND beer is excellent. I spoke with their brewmaster and he is quite knowledgeable. Some of their beers are a little unusual, but quite tasty. Their American Pale Ale, for example, has undertones that smack of a Belgian. I have not had a bad beer there, but (as expected) I prefer some of their beers over others. The food is excellent and I found the staff attentive and friendly. If you are a fan of craft brews, give Main Street a try. Bud Light drinkers are encouraged to go elsewhere! (Actually, they offer bottled beer, so Bud Light drinkers COULD enjoy the food w/ their standard brew.)
Makes a great stop for a nice dinner and a nice cold beverage. If you are looking for a high quality micro brew, food, and a little history, this is the place to go. My family and I drove in from Avon, OH, and who knew this is where the candy Life Saver was invented!! The kids loved this. Thanks for the great service and keep up the great eats and drinks!! j.
