Had a very pleasant experience every time we stopped in on a trip for a niece's wedding. The staff even sold me a Tim's coffee mug, which Canadian locations had not been able to do - it was on their register screens. I would like to see if I can have certain coffee products shipped from this location to me. I'll be calling!
Line is fast outside, varies inside. Fresh coffee almost always on hand.
VERY VERY UNHAPPY! Ordered 2 bagels of the same kind, and drove home and it wasnt what we ordered. They ARE messing up SIMPLE orders and that is ridulous! Then I call them and drove all the way back to get what I ordered and ask if i could get a free of something, and they said no. That is NOTTTT very good customer service. And I advise anyone who goes there, something will be messed up with your order. SO GO TO ANOTHER PLACE. I will be turning them in to the BBB. The manager was to scared to come to the window to talk to me. That is ridulous to, she was avoiding the situation. She needs to be fired.
Staff is very unfriendly every time and can't get simple orders correct.
I can't tell you how many times I've visited for breakfast at breakfast time and they were out of items such as eggs, bacon or bread. I don't get that. Coffee is lame. I no longer go to Tim Horton's
