Terribly slow food service, poorly trained staff, overpriced drinks, and horrible music. Skip it.
This past Sunday we held our company's Employee & Family Bowling Event at JD Legends Entertainment Complex. Everyone who attended had a wonderful time. The staff was very accommodating and attentive to our event needs. They were quick and efficient in retrieving bowling balls caught in gutters and correcting minor screen freezes. Children were able to participate with their families and the food (pizza) they served for our event was very well prepared. If you're looking for a family friendly and fun environment for your next company outing we highly recommend checking out JD Legends Entertainment Complex.
FRANKIN, OHIO WELL..... I'M A BIT UPSET!!! LAST YEAR WE HAD NO PROBLEM GETTING 2 LANES (AND MIND YOU THE WHOLE NIGHT THEY WERE DEAD) LAST YEAR FOR NEW YEARS.. WE ENDED UP PLAYING THREE GAMES (WELL INTO THEIR SO CALLED DEAL"NEW YEARS PACKAGE" WITH THEIR HORRIBLE PIZZA MIND YOU) AND LIKE I SAID NO ONE WAS THERE... SO I CALL TONIGHT JUST TO CHECK TO MAKE SURE WE CAN DO THE SAME AND WAS TOLD THEY ARE ONLY TAKING PACKAGE DEALS!!!! WELL GOOD LUCK WITH THAT! SOOOO UPSET! AND I VISIT OFTEN! ESPECIALLY VOLLEYBALL SEASON.. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!!!! OHHHH AND ON A SIDE NOTE THAT I NEVER COMPLAINED ABOUT UNTILL NOW BECAUSE HOW THE OWNER HAS HANDLED THIS... THE BATHROOMS ARE DISGUSTING AND THEIR "SO CALLED" VIDEO GAMES NEVER WORK OR PLAY!
Amazing Place...Loved it Value for money and facilities are very good. Food-beverages, balls, lanes, bowling software, bar everything looked so kool. A must go place on weekends specially night 10-2am. Yes they are open till 2am :) Con - With 24 lanes, felt little bit cramped for space.
Yes, the bowling alley decor is a little dated but the constant updates definitely make up for it. There is a game room, bar and restaurant, outdoor bar and seating. I love Legends. My home away from home. I go here every week for a bowling league, I have my kids birthdays here, I go to concerts in the Summer time and I go just when I want to get a drink and hang out. Great place, great fun.
