Went to watch a football game. Enjoyed a great hamburger and fries; food was very tasty, hot, and timely. I intended to buy some wings later but was so full that I never got to the wings. The service was great and I very much enjoyed the experience. I'll be back again soon.

Foreward: Someone posted this below comment - filled with CONSTRUCTIVE criticism on how they can improve - on their facebook page and they immediately deleted. This restaurant is now at a NEGATIVE 1 Star.... Went there for Thanksgiving to meet relatives halfway. To say the service was less than desirable, is an understatement. They had multiple problems starting with being extremely overstaffed by what appeared to be poorly trained high schoolers and college students. Not only that but it was quite uncomfortable to approach them as they were too busy flipping their hair or just discussing goodness-knows-what that was far too important to be interrupted by a guest who looked lost and confused. One of the gals hadn't showered in over three days, minimum, and wouldn't stop touching her hair. Disgusting!!! While she wasn't a server, she did handle setting the tables (ie touching your napkins and potentially utensils) and, just stood there in front of all of us guests being overall disgusting. Where is the training?? In case you thought "that's all" let me continue. The waitress didn't once offer to bring us refills of our water. We had to ask every time we needed more water and, didn't even have enough as we usually waited for many minutes and at one time tracked her down by bugging another server. She also started off on an odd foot noting that she had no idea how to answer the question, "Does the buffet include a drink?" By simply telling us, "yes, you can get a drink." What?? Later after getting a dessert (the only good Thanksgiving food which, I'm positive was because they didn't bake the pie themselves) with literally a tablespoon of whipped topping, I asked if we may get some more whipped cream to which she just stood there confused and said, "so you want me to get some that was up there?" Me-"no. There was none up there. Could you please get me some more cream?" And after a few more awkward moments, she finally agreed to get me some topping. At the buffet line, the food was placed so far back that I had to have my husband reach back to get food for me. And I'm not that short! 5'3". Then there was a kid that had a mishap with the ranch dressing that made a bit of a mess. Folks from the kitchen kept coming out and not once in the 1.5hrs that I was there (and dozens of folks went through the line) did they take a rag and wipe the ranch off! Where was management to check on the line and continue to wipe it down? Or how about the dozens of employees standing around picking their noses?? Couldn't we put them to work? Now, the food. Atrocious. I didn't even have turkey because it looked even worse than grade school cafeteria turkey. Yes, worse! My son picked up some and immediately spit it out. There was some ham that was decent. The mashed potatoes-how sad. Horrible just horrible. Now, one other meat item that was good (and probably because they know how to make this) were the chicken wings. If it weren't for the fact that we were with extended family, I would have demanded a refund and gone down the street to Ruby Tuesdays. Next year! Plus, RT trains their employees. Something that was obviously seriously lacking. I really wish I would have seen a manager to let them know that these poor kids-obviously none of them have been trained worth a darn. It surprised me since this is a franchise restaurant and you'd think there would be a common training manual (and maybe hiring of folks who take showers?!) for them to use when they hire folks! You would think...but something happened and, blame solely goes to management and their lack of training. Poor kids. I hope they find a better job and, learn to take care of a customer. Or, find a different profession and maybe be lucky enough to have Thanksgiving off next year. In case you think this is just me over exaggerating, I will advise you that my family of six - every single person hated the experience. And had even more complaints than I cared to waste any more time on here. You've been warned!!

service is horrible you would think that a restaurant that just opened its doors would try to give good customer service so they can get that repeat customer but not this place. I went in after a long day of driving and all I wanted was some damn chicken wings and a beer, I sat down at one of the tables and waited and waited for a waitress to come serve me well none came even had one bring the table next to me their order and she completely ignored me I even tried to make eye contact with her and still got no service. now it was 11pm the place was not busy and the bartenders weren't doing anything just talking with themselves and a couple customers. I finally got tired of waiting and went up to the bar and asked if the place was closed or do they have a policy of ignoring all their customers? The bartender a younger guy just shrugged and said he was going home soon, he just didn't care. The only reason I don't give them one star is because their wings are actually good, so disappointed in this place such a let down. so if you come here pre order your food to go that way you won't have to deal with the horrible service.

Elizabeth was great. I love that the menu has different choices from the old stand by a at other truck stops. Biker chick salad is my favorite. Sure hope this restaurant makes it way further west.
