Unfortunately, I've been here a few times. Every time is the same problem. Sloowww service. Yesterday morning was the last time though. I walked in, was the ONLY customer in the restaurant, waited at the table for 5 counted minutes and no one showed up to greet me. So, I got up and left. There's no reason for that, Especially since I was the only customer in there. This place sucks and the food is poor as well. Two thumbs down!
I'd give no stars but I guess one is the least. Worst service I've ever had in a restaurant.
Well where to begin. The service was really slow due to only one person working. Coffee was $2.09, crazy. Food was cold and rubbery. Waffle was hard as a rock you couldnt eat it. The only thing that was good was the bacon. The toast had so much butter on it you can pick it up and butter will run off like a river. Don't recommend going again!!
Denny is in Howard Johnsons here I have been here for the last 4 days. Your Staff has been wonderful. One watress stands out above all to me. Mitsy has been execelant. Food was a little slow one morning. She let us know it was not forgot and we truley. Mattered.we travel for a living. She is by far one of the best and truley decated Watress I have ever had. Good Job Thank you for caring
Horrible service, manager was too busy on cell phone to even greet us, let alone make any employees seat us 10 minutes later. Then waited 30 minutes before I had to walk to kitchen just to ask for a server. Mind you this being @ 2:00 and restaurant only had 3 tables. Our server did save the day afterwards and was tipped appropriately but shows that the establishment's downfall is its management. The manager Andy- who I assume is either the owner or regional manager- Did a good job trying to make it right. I firmly believe he is simply unable to find decent managers.
