Food is usually good, but not very consistent (the same item can look, taste different, and cook times vary by staff not by how many customers are in restaurant). Flies often. Service varies depending on staff. High turnover in staff. Smoking area out front affects non-smoking customers walking in or eating near door, and entering Drug Mart. SHOULD BE OUT BACK. Customer satisfaction should be put before staff satisfaction. Need easily located feedback cards. We support local businesses that emphasize customer service. We want you to succeed. Listen to your customers!!!
I called legends and asked if they were open on Sunday for Easter, and they receptionist didn't know and said for me to call back in a few days... Then I said that's silly, and then I said ill go somewhere else. Then she Hung up the phone. Did they ever hear of staff meetings or customer satisfactions. I would love to see Gordon Ramsey eat at this place..
Excellent food, one place I enjoy eating at. Service - depends on who you get.
Need to do something about all the flies in this establishment. Food is average. Atmosphere must be good for flies.
