Horrible service by less than professional employees. Gossip was far more important to these two individuals than preparing our simple order. I asked for turkey chili and the cashier told me that she didn't know if they had any thawed out. I had to ask her to check. Dirty tables. Won't visit again.
Probably the worst Einstein Bagel's I've ever been to. Service was incredibly slow, workers were not overly polite and gave me attitude when I asked for real eggs instead of egg whites, they tossed the sausage in the microwave without anything underneath it (not too sanitary!), my bagel was not toasted and the bagel with shmear barely had any shmear. I would've asked them to fix it but didn't want to wait another 15 minutes for just a bagel sandwich and bagel with cream cheese.

Asked for whole wheat, got white. And attitude.
My food was not up to the standards of a typical Einstein Brothers store. Some companies seem to think that because they are serving a transient customer base they can skimp on quality. They're less dependent on repeat business, after all. Ever notice how coffee in airports often seems watered down? As a frequent traveler this widespread practice drives me nuts. Perhaps my memory is wrong, and all Einstein Brothers locations serve mediocre asiago bagels. But I don't think so.
