If I could rate this location 0, I would. Absolutely horrendous service, and for the past 4 visits, EVERY item was incorrect. If you order a plain cheeseburger, it WILL be loaded. If you order a dinner box, it will be missing the nuggets. Service people are not very polite, or are on their cell phones texting while you wait for your order. OH and don't forget that every single time you order fries, you are asked to pull up and wait for over 15 minutes until they bring your fries out. With other options available, don't waste your time here. If you do, be prepared to check your order before you leave - because chances are, it will be wrong!
I went to this Mcdonald's a few hours ago and ordered a sweet tea without ice like I always do at any other Mcdonald's and the woman at the window told me that I was not allowed to order a sweet tea without ice because the sweet tea is patented with ice and they've never been allowed to serve it like that. I found out that this was a complete lie and I emailed the corporation about it, hopefully they'll do something about it. Every time I go there something is wrong and I'm the easiest person to take an order from, the ONLY thing that I like to have is no ice in my tea because I have sensitive teeth. These people are ridiculous.

The restaurant overall is dirty, outdated, and looks rundown. The service is poor and the food quality is not very good as well. I would advise not going to McDonald's in the Mahoning County area. When Covelli owned them, they were good, but the new owner has allowed the stores to go downhill and does not maintain them at all.
