Great place located in Highland Square. They have many different beers to try. I had bad service from the bar tender. I requested something light. While pouring beer much foam came out from tap, I figured it was out. I was served beer that was flat. When I approached her to ask for a different beer I was told "the beer is staying on your tab no one else has complained." A man sitting next to me ordered same beer from different tender and was told they were having problems with the tap to choose a different beer. Needless to say I left.
My favorite bar in Akron! Good selection, good prices, good people. It has a pool table and stage that usually features local bands just starting out, which can be hit or miss, but that's just the nature of the beast. On most weeknights, the basement is closed so you can't play pool, which is a drag.
All is good at Annabell"s. Good people, great music, nice vibe. I'd wish they would try great food next.
