Recently bought a Subaru at Don's Ford Subaru. The staff there were proactive, friendly and went out of their way to make my experience simple and straightforward. We were buying the car out of state and registering it in another state and they executed all of the details and made sure we weren't going to run into any hassles. When we needed to pick up the car on a Sunday, they made that happen for us even though the dealership was otherwise closed. They also gave us the best price around. I would definitely buy a car from Don's again.

My family and I were on long vacation drive from Ohio to Maine, and our Subaru had problems. Utica was the closest Subaru dealership around. Despite the fact they were booked solid for most of the day, they let us come and allowed a technician to test ride car right away. After their initial assessment, they said they could get it into garage for more careful look-see and repair in a couple of hours. They did this well within a couple of hours, and found out problem required parts that they could not get until after weekend. But they also us know car was probably safe to drive anyway for rest of trip (which it was). After all their work, they did not even charge us! Everyone from Stephanie to John were extremely courteous, polite and helpful. And they had a fantastic waiting area with free wifi and snacks&drinks that kept my 2 kids happy and complaint-free during the wait. Thanks for giving us a piece of mind for our vacation!
