My family and I went there on a Friday night in May, 2014. We will never go back there again. There was apparently some problem with their computer, but after we were seated and given menus, no one approached us for 20-25 minutes, not even to tell us that. And, although the food was heralded by the one who referred us there, we thought that it was awful! First of all, no one who truly appreciates Italian fare should order that kind of food at this place. I had the Chicken Parmagiana, and it was so terrible, I wanted to turn it back to them and order something safe, like milk! One of my daughters tried the Cleveland Chili Pasta, which I tasted, and it wasn't very good. My son, though, enjoyed his big hamburger, possibly called a Cowboy burger. My wife ordered a steak, which wasn't prepared well and which didn't taste like a quality product. The fries were very good, but the calamari was a disaster. The non-alcoholic drinks were good. I guess that if you expect to eat quality food, you don't go to a place called a "Macaroni Grille." Don't go there. This cannot be chalked up to a bad night. It's bad food and bad service. Go across the street to Delmonico's, or even Wendy's. But don't go to Babe's. Unless you want to try the macaroni. But don't expect much: you're probably better off making Kraft.
We were driving through and Goggled a place for late lunch/early dinner. We travel alot and dine out frequently. Our experience at Babes was in the top 5% of restraunts we've been to. The facility was clean & comfortable, including restrooms. Decor was great. A diverse menu with several dishes you can't get just anywhere. All 3 of our meals were superbly delicious! I made "changes" to a menu item and was given a meal better than I described. The wait-staff very friendly and attentive and the total bill with mixed drinks was $20 less than we thought it was gonna be. Only negative was that the service was a little TOO fast. We liked "Babe's" so much that we would have enjoyed our experience to be a touch slower. Final score = 98/100.

Food was awesome, service was fast and staff was very friendly. Would recommend this place and will definitely go back.
