Whoever gave this place a 5 star rating must be an Applebee's employee! We went in for lunch during the week and were lead to a table in the back of the restaurant where no one else was seated. We specifically asked for a booth but the hostess lead us to a table anyway. When we asked to be seated toward the front of the restaurant at a booth, she had to "confer" with other wait staff before she could seat us. It was practically empty with possibly 10 other tables full at the time of our arrival. This immediately put us off. The service at that point was especially poor. Like we were being punished for asking for something they did not want to do. So we decided there would never be a reason to enter another Applebee's.

Terrible! My family and I went there on a Saturday night waited the usual 35 min. to be seated then the horrible experience began.We all ordered our drinks they came in about 10 min.then the waitress took our food order.. My nephew and I order the ribs she came back in 35 min. to tell us there were no ribs left. So we ordered again.Everyone received their food except my nephew and I when we finally received our food about 50 min. later,everyone else was done eating,she forgot an item I had ordered but by that time I just said forget it...it was terrible it took the waitress about 45 min. to refill our soda"she forgot" we had asked...the manager came over and appologized for all the mix ups,she offered us free deserts...so we ordered 5 deserts they only brought 4 and my nephew yet again didn't get his...The waitress was terrible never smiled and acted like she didn't care...I will never go again and I certainly will tell people to steer clear of this Applebee's!!!!

WERE HAS GOOD SERVICE GONE? I went to this location... as it was closer and we had little gas. Prices are reasonable and the food is for the most part decent. I just can't get over the service, I MEAN COME ON! When someone orders an appetizer its supposed to come before the meal. Sports bar...... when I asked to watch the UFC fights....they said we don't get the channel. To top it off the server was more interested about the people at the bar.... WTF! Then we didn't see her until we were about to leave.... then she expected a tip. Here's a tip...... YOUR CUSTOMERS COME FIRST. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN! Good service has gone to 99 restraunt, outback, and UNO's!

Within the first minute was asked 3 times if I was ready to order. They got my drink wrong. Two other tables had been waiting to order sense before we got there and walked out. Then we waited 25 minutes to order and had to ask another waitress who took our order. The food was not as deceived and they never checked on us once. Waited so long till order my food that my drink was gone ans they never even walked by so I could ask for a refill. The table next to us found something hard in their food and the waitress just brushes it off as no big deal. After we finished eating took half an hour to get Tue bill. I am never going to applebees again

I have been too AppleBee's in N Utica more then once, the Servrice was excellent and the Food was Very Good !
