I always love most Applebee's but this one was mediocre and the service was less than admirable. We waited almost 20 minutes to get our drink orders in. Before anyone came over and greeted us she kept saying hold on and just looking the other way. When we were finally able to get our food after a considerable amount of time the french fries were so salty they were uneatable and there was probably 10 fries on the whole plate (not nearly enough to be considered a side). They did bring us out a fresh order which were better than the first, we also had to wait a long time just to pay our bill which is very inconvenient when your trying to be in and out in a hurry. Instead of making a scene at the restaurant we decided to call customer service after we left to hopefully get some guidance on this terrible experience. The manager of the place called us back and was very rude and did not seem like he wanted to be bothered with our complaints at all. Will probably not be returning to this specific location ever again.
Our service was absolutely excellent as well as the decor (setting for the meal) I am writing this because my companion and myself have eaten many places within the Saratoga/Ballston area and Applebees has it over the top by far!! We WILL be back :-)
