Messed up every breakfast sandwich even after asked to correct the order. Worst service ever. Wish i cold take away the last star. Thanks Mcmessupmyorder.
I drove down through Nevada and stopped at McDonald's on the 23rd of Mar. on a Sat. around 9:00. There was this petite slender young woman with long black hair wearing a white top with black pants, who was so nice and efficent. I don't know her name but she made an impression on me. Who ever hired her was right to do so. I hope they keep this young woman on their payroll for a long time. She get's a big thumb's up from me. I will continue to stop there in the future. I hope to see her again.
I know it is just McDonald's, but this was disappointing even for fast food. My husband and I went in to order. We placed a to-go order for a parfait, large fries, a sundae, a smoothie, and a couple of cookies. The girl who rang us up (Carmen) was really nice. However, the girl assembling our order, handed us our large fries (nothing else) and walked away. We told her we still had other things, so she grabs a parfait (no spoon) and then disappears. We sat around, waiting for her to come back. We told the other girl working that we had not received our full order. It took 20 minutes before Carmen stopped listening to the other woman and walked away from her register to finish filling our order. Come to find out, the first grl who just gave us the fries had just left in the middle of our order and went on her break...
