I frequent this Starbucks regularly because of the environment. While no restaurant or coffee shop is perfect, the friendly, engaging staff makes each visit worth the stay. Every time I visit, I feel like I'm at home among friends. Yeah, the food is expensive and probably not worth the money I pay for it (it IS Starbucks after all) but this Starbucks is more than just flavored coffee and overpriced pastries. It's a place to hang out, meet with friends, conduct business or even just get out of the house and this location shows that by the way the employees make each customer feel at home. I feel like THAT far out weights any issues with the floor not being swept after messy patrons leave crumbs and trash on the floor. Even though the bathrooms may run out of paper towels and people sometimes make a mess of the condiments bar, these guys and gals working at this Starbucks do an awesome job and put everything they have into making every customer's experience the best it can be. This is one of the worst starbucks. Ever since they moved across the street, added the drive thru, and got rid of all the good people it's gone completely down hill. When I go in, it takes forever. There are always a bunch of people working, most of whom have no clue what's going on or are so focused on helping the drive thru they forget that they have a store front as well. I always leave frustrated.
Slowest Starbucks I've seen in all of Nevada. Staff is usually found chatting with one another rather than trying to serve their customers. You're better off going across the street.
This place is dirty, specially the area were the sweets are. But the floor and the serving counter is as well. And no smiles for customers, too bad.
Worst Starbucks ever. Slow, disorganized, and staffed by a bunch of girls (not women, girls) who would be more at home at a snotty sorority than actually working for a living. They routinely screw up drinks, the drive thru flows like a backed up toilet, and the staff think they need to socialize rather than making a quality product. Long lines, and poor staff effort. AVOID!!!!! I'm going back to instant coffee at home, the experience is more satisfying.
