My husband Joe and I from Houston TX went to dinner at Chez Dré last night with our two wedding witnesses to celebrate our marriage in Santa Fe. The food was superb, tasty and beautifully presented. After dinner Owner and Chef Dré and the wait staff surprised us by singing on pitch and with heart the happy birthday song to new celebration lyrics they created as they brought in a mouth-watering chocolate cake. How wonderful to hear waitstaff choose to sing well rather than the raucous caws heard in other restaurants for similar occasions. These folks are truly top class in food and service. Whenever we are back in Santa Fe, we will most certainly eat there again.
Popped in for a Breakfast Burrito and Coffee, can't wait to come back and have some more goodies from here, not only is the food and pastry top notch, the environment is so inviting. Cosy tables set about in a warm atmosphere. Very easy to see myslef spending some good times here with friends.
The pork tenderloin is out of this WORLD. Eldorado is moving UP.
