The Oinker is messy but worth it. The pulled pork adds a nice layer of smokiness to the green chile cheeseburger. The pinto beans are the best side they have. Well worth going out of the way from I-10.
We went to Sparkys last year on a summer road trip. We stopped in Hatch, NM and decided to give the place a try. We were not disappointed! The menu has a lot of choices. Everyone working there is very friendly. The place is decorated with lots of items that bring back fun memories. Lunch was delicious! We didn't have room for dessert but I'm looking forward to trying one of their desserts on my next visit there. The milkshakes are thick and delicious. We have eaten here several times and have enjoyed it. It's a relaxed place but filled with an energy that just makes you feel good. It is decorated with all kinds of items inside and out. A very interesting place to see and especially to eat. I would highly recommend Sparkys. We love going there and make a point to stop there when we driving to New Mexico. We have recommended this place to friends who were also very happy to have eaten there. The food is made to order and always fresh. I can't wait to go there again!
Best darn burger I've had in ages. Try the world famous. Yum. Shake was good too
A hole in the wall that has some great food. Definitely was not disappointed and the price was very reasonable for the amount food I got. I give this place 5 out of 5 burps.........
Sparkys has the best Green Chile Cheeseburger in the state. It's called the "World Famous" for a reason - because it is ! I make the 100 mile round trip to Sparkys at least once a month. You won't be disappointed. They have live bands playing Sat & Sun starting at noon.
