Quality not to par. Ordered the feilet mengion and it came out raw when I ordered medium. Veggies were improperly cooked and mushy first time. Second time it came cooked properly however chef added so much seasoning it tasted like chili peppers and was so spicy it was inedible. If my meal was not free it would have been 1 star.
20+ minute hold times on phone when employee said " hold on a minute". Gave up and ordered online. 30+ minutes after online order system said food would be ready . wow, very sad . Outback needs to quit cutting corners with lack of quality employees . Poor service = unhappy customers=unprofitable business overall = business shutting down :-( . It's gotta get better because it can't get much worse with service. On a good note , the food was good :-)
25 minute wait to place our drink orders after we were seated. Barely saw the waitress. Had our food served by the busser who was kind enough to refill our drinks as well. The place was not busy so not sure why our waitress kept going MIA. In the end manager compt a kid's meal and the busser got the tip. Manager was professional which is the only reason there are two stars instead of one. Last time we go here though. Good luck!
Initially had to take out order for salad and waited 45 minutes and never receive all the toppings. Call the restaurant spoke to manager asked us to come in for comp cards. We decided to have dinner our calamari with burnt the waitress never sent our order and we waited more than 45 minutes I end up getting food poisoning we use the comp card last night my boyfriend end up getting food poisoning two thumbs down for this business
Outback has new owner, Clean bar, nice facility, Aussie Rum Punch is delicious.
