The worst Chili's experience in my life... Yeah, really. Sat down at the bar area surrounded by infants, toddlers and children; most calm but a few noisy ones. After about 5 minutes the bar tender acknowledged me and I ordered a beer that arrived after another 5 minutes. Her demeanor showed she didn't care for her job or any of the customers. She was there to pour beer and collect her tips. I ordered a sandwich off of the disgusting, sticky menu and recommended to the bar tender that it be cleaned... She put it away for the next customer to be shared the same gross experience. After literally 30 minutes my food hadn't arrived, noisy kids start crying and I'm looking to cancel my order. The waitress had disappeared but a few minutes later she brings my sandwich. I'm hungry and just want to eat dinner...but after 3 bites I find a strange flavor; a closer look discovers old, wilty lettuce. At this point I'm upset at the screaming kids, the poor service, the incredible kitchen delay and the less-than-fresh food. I asked for a manager and explained the situation and told him I didn't want anything but to leave. He took my food away but didn't really care about my issues and never came back to see me. I paid for my beer (they didn't offer to comp it) and left. I'm now sitting at Sonic up the street that has better food and servers that smiled and wished me a nice day. I'll never step foot into this Chili's again and it will be a while before I visit any of them.
Chili's is a great place for dining and karaoke. The employees are wonderful and the food is great.

I was with a big group of traveling musicians. We walked in two minutes after they were closed. The manager Richard took one look at the eight of us and said "I need to lock the front door, but then you guys can stay and get some food to go". We stayed and were treated so well by the staff. This is the only time I have ever taken the time to review a restaurant online. Awesome!
My family and I had the BEST service ever! LUCY is awesome! Ask for her when you go in she makes sure to give you the best experience!
