Really good breakfast. No country fried steak but the eggs, potatoes, bacon and hell even the toast done very well. Coworker had the biscuits and gravy said it was awesome. Staff was very friendly and the meal came quick.
Thank you! Thank You! This restaurant was inviting, clean, and friendly. I wished they had evening hours. It was so nice to be served something that was not spicy. There was things on the menu that was what we knew it as. I would definitly go back there for lunch. The decor was simple but a bit crowded.
Hot green chili is the best!
The food is great, they have great service and your food comes out hot, fresh and really quick even on busy days! I recommend the place if your going through the area.
Good food. Our server was just okay. She wasn't very welcoming at all. It was good, and we would go back, however, this place is never open! Never in my life have I seen a restaurant that isn't open between lunch and dinner. And to not be open on Saturdays and Sundays when you have "the best food this side of the Pecos" is moronic. If I were this business owner I'd kick it up a notch. Not only so you can make some more money, but so the people of Carlsbad have good food on the weekends.
