Customer service is not their first language. If you want your burger any special way dont bother. You get it the way they make it and thats that. Don't complain about anything. They will make you sorry you opened your mouth.

they messed up my order and accused me of begging for free food when I complained . I'll never be back

Very rude, very slow, only one person speaks English and some how he still gets my order wrong every time. Went back to get it fixed this last time and they refused to give me the correct order without me paying for a full new meal (I could understand paying the difference if what I should have got the first time is more expensive than what I actually got.) in addition to the meal I already paid for, brought back, and watched the middle aged Hispanic manager, with a poor excuse for personal hygiene, throw it away without ever looking at it. Needless to say, I didn't pay for the second meal, which was a chicken sandwich when it should have been a double whopper in the first place that turned out to be a single whopper, I just walked out being called various "not-so-nice" names by three employees plus the management. Also, in the am shift they have a Thai women who is exactly like the "soup nazi" from 'Seinfeld'

Very rude and racist employees . they totally messed my order up and when I asked them to fix it. The girl started yelling about white people . I'm sorry but race has nothing to do with me wanting to actually get items I paid for. I won't go back. Ever

Nothing but rude employees that don't care one bit about customer service. I understand its fast food. But there is no reason to be so rude to people who are nice to you to top it off they leave ice sitting out so the flies can get in it and other customers can cough and sneeze in it. Ice sat on the counter for 8 minutes before being dumped in the dispenser .
