Had a great experience today at the grill. delicious homeade food and quality service. The outside doesn't do it justice. the interior has a clean and artistic feel. This has become my new Aztec favorite. Try the homemade honey mustard sauce.
Awesome stop on the way between ABQ and Durango. Waitstaff was great, the fries they make in house are the best and the flame burger was super great. If they added green chili and cheese to those fries I would drive up there just to get them. Will have to make this in annual stop on our trip!
Since Robert Paschall took over, the menu has really improved. My wife & I ate there after Robert started running it, but before he changed the menus. And I can say that we weren't really impressed. But for the past 4-6 months, we've been delighted & eaten there several times. I would say it has become my wife's favorite local place to eat. I can see them becoming very popular, as they continue doing what they've been doing (serving great food, service & music at a good price).
Definitely better food and service. Robert really knows how to please the Southwest palate. A regular for me and the other working families.
Roberts the bomb need to put the bacon green chili cheese cadadilla on the menu
