PEOPLE WITH FOOD ALLERGIES BEWARE. EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW INGREDIENTS. I just visited this store. I specifically asked the woman helping me if the holiday specialty coffees (snickerdoodle) had cream in the ingredients. She said no. I ordered the snickerdoodle coffee. She asked me if I wanted cream and I said no. She said, ok, just black? I said yes. At the window, she handed me the cup and said “there is no cream, it is made with syrup (I assumed sugar-based syrup as in typical coffee flavoring) and the syrup makes it look “lighter” [in color]. Good thing I got home and took off the lid before drinking. IT HAS CREAM. She lied, or is so incompetent that she did not take the time to look. I am allergic to dairy. Yes, I should have checked ingredients online, but I also expect food service workers (and any sales industry worker) to be trained on, and know their product, or at least find the answer if they are not sure. I was totally disappointed when I double checked ingredients: INGREDIENTS: Brewed 100% Arabica Coffee; Snickerdoodle Cookie Flavored Swirl Syrup: Sweetened Condensed Skim Milk (Skim Milk, Sugar), Sugar, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Water, Brown Sugar, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Salt.
Store#339093 Wow. Horrible. Horrible Service. Employees are lazy. The Manager (I believe--the Lady always on drive through is very very rude and snobby. The employees (all American high schoolers) are deliberately lazy & do not give any thought to the fact they screwed up your order. Oh..you will get the item (coffe, bagel, etc). You just won't get it the way you told them you'd like it. This place screwed up so many times over the summer. After witnessing many things--they definitely don't care. (Store#339093) ((An hour or two after writing this review I realized I didn't have the store number (complaining online on their main website. (Store numbers are printed on each receipt. Anyway this guy tried to give me a phone number and address--like he didn't know what I meant. I don't see how this could be a DR policy but maybe I'm wrong. He said the are not allowed to give this information out. I laughed and hung up. Found a scan of an old receipt: store#339093)) One of many examples: I ordered an bagel with cream cheese toasted in September (last and final visit). The person who seems to be the Manager was at the window. I'm given my iced coffee which had no flavoring (i ordered cream, sugar, and coconut flavoring). The women asks an employee where the bagel is. It wasn't was "forgotten". She asks if I want it toasted and I say yes and politely remind her. She tells this tothe employee two times: toasted. They hand me a bag and I drive out onto 70. Some cream cheese was present.... IT. WASN'T TOASTED. This happened during. Slow late after noon. 70% of my orders were screwed up our prepared "lazily"--something usually off. The stuck up and extemely rude attitude I received (mainly by the one but also another regular drive thru Worker) When new coupons came out.I must have been the first Customer with one. She rolled her eyes and in an irritable tone trekked to the others that coupon s were back. Treating me like a dirty 3rd Class citizen. I've been waiting to Post things for months. Don't give them business.
How do they always mess up coffee, it's their job. If I couldn't do my job, I'd get fired. It's like playing Russian roulette every time I get a coffee. And I keep saying maybe it'll be better next time, but it's not. Not everyone that works there is bad, only about 95% of them are terrible. Smh
This is one of the worst in terms of performance. Today being an example, I got a turkey sausage flatbread and they forgot the cheese. Large coffee, forgot the sugar. I mean really? And this isn't the first time with then screwing my order. On top of this they are slow and too often too interested in chatting amongst themselves instead of taking car of customers. I can't tell u how often I've come to the drive thru and im told to wait. This Dunkin should try to model themselves closer to the one on Ark Road.
