I drink only DD coffee on the daily bases. When I'm home I grind and brew dd beans, when I'm not I go to DD. I feel my coffee order is simple, black with sugar. I depend heavily on my morning caffeine to get moving. I went to the above DD yesterday morning. My greeting was "yes", I ordered a black with sugar coffee, hash browns, and a water. I was cut off with "OK". I then asked if she got my order, I received an indignant respond of "YES". I have an hour drive, by the time I was able to drink my coffee I realized it was a coffee with cream, no sugar. I know this may sound ridiculous, but my entire day was off. I know it's hard to put 2 ingredients in a cup and charge $2 for it, but this in unacceptable! I spend too much in a year at your franchises to deal with rude, incorrect service. This is not the first DD store this has happened at.
