Me and a small group of friends went there last night, we paid and were told it would be a 45 min wait, That's not a big deal, but when I see groups bigger than ours getting seated right away, it's a problem. We never got seated, stood around for over an hour and a half just waiting for an empty table, which we saw 3 of, and yet your employees refused to allow us a place to sit. we never got seated, Come closing time, we still hadn't been seated. The female bathroom was beyond disgusting and unsanitary. It was our first time at your establishment, and I assure you the last. We want our money refunded to us.
I ordered chicken mahkani. I was told yes they have it. I got basically 3 chicken nuggets. ?????? no seriously I got 3 pieces of grilled chicken was told that's what I order and was charged 12 bucks. OK bye gurl
Dj Baybface is the WORST dj. We hired him for an event and most of the time he was eating the food instead of Djing and he didn't even play any of the songs I asked him to play from a playlist i gave him. Do NOT hire this guy for any event. Save your money and go with someone else.
I love this bar. i met my girlfriend here two years ago. i will always come back for the service, hookah, music and people!!! I love the seats. you can sit anywhere and you will always have a good time at fire n ice! Don't listen to any of the bad reviews. this is a great place with great people, servers and customers. If you bring your friends to the bar, they will love fire n ice.
This place is my favorite hookah place, the service is quick, the atmosphere is peaceful and the hookah is top quality...customer service are always on point! I'm all about the relaxed atmosphere after a long week of work.
