Chickie's & Pete's

This AC Broadwalk establishment is famous for frat sized beer bombs and kegs and I’m sure gets quite rowdy as the night rolls in. It is a sports bar after all so plenty of huge TV with sports of course. The famous crab fries. Uh…sure fries with old bay. The shrimp in a pool of herb oil that the shrimp don’t even get to appreciate. The crab cakes were tastefully and lots of crab thankfully. The bucket of crabs is good and seafood is the way to go here. It’s a bit messy but the nothing like bring a bit of the ocean to the shore.
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Waited 20 mins just to be told "we will be right with you"
Not an awful place. The food is ala carte and can get expensive and Imo not even that good. The bartenders are kind of unenthusiastic and douchey. If you like sports bars, you'll probably like it. Although if you like sports bars, you're probably a douche yourself ;)
table for 3 adults. ordered the crab fries, lobster pizza, cheese steak nachos, and the red mussels. food and service was very good. had a 9 specialty drinks, too, that were very good. i would recommend this place to friends.
he food was fantastic! We made our first trip to Chickies last weekend. We wanted to see the NASCAR race and emailed the manager Chris Wilkerson in advance to see if it would be on. He promptly replied and said that he would take care of us, making sure that we were seated in front of a TV that showed the race. We ended up being helped out by Sharon, the service manager - she was great! He was true to his word. We ordered the Crab fries, Fried Calamari, and the Poppers. They arrived unbelievably fast, and were awesome, fried to perfection and piping hot. The marinara sauce was the best I've ever had, and the service was great. The Budweiser was icy cold, and the Watermelon Martini that my wife had was really tasty. I recommend this place without reservation.
