"Helpful" is an understatement! I don't know anything about horses, I went in there looking for some leather to rig onto my motorcycle. They took several minutes to help me out, give several suggestions and show me different options. Finally the owner gave me some free leftover stuff that'd work and further cannibalized her own sale to the fella down the road for some leather strapping. I was referred by a co-worker who rides, and my wife used to take lessons there before we were married, but they did not know that. They were just being nice to a stranger who wandered in.
You don't find customer service like that anymore, and you sure as heckfire ain't gonna find it at Wal-mart! Come here, buy stuff, give these nice people your bu$iness and keep them goin!
