I live in Northern PA, and wanted to have some flowers sent to my grandma that lives in Bridgeton. I ordered off their website, then called to make sure they got the order and that it would be delivered on the right day. The woman was very nice and suggested next time call to place an order so it can be a more personal arrangement. My grandmother called after receiving the flowers saying how beautiful they are. And with how happy they made her, I'll be ordering from Parvins Mill from now on!
Absolutely horrible service. Never again. Nasty staff!!! Flowers delivered day late and then recipient received nasty phone call from florist demanding them back. No attempt made to contact the person that placed the order, who was also the one unhappy with the end result. The company needs a lesson in good customer service.
Although the flowers were beautiful when I received them, they died within a few days. They were also delivered on the wrong date therefore ruining the whole purpose and surprise of them. I was promised they would be replaced next time I needed flowers. I called to have them replaced and the staff was very rude and said that it was not possible to replace them on a holiday. I understand it is a busy time, but there was a much better way to handle the situation then by being short with me and hanging up on me.
