Great experience. Thank you Mr. Isibel and all staff at Team Nissan Vineland. Omar
Went into Team about 2 weeks ago and purchased a vehicle from a guy I know through a mutual friend, named Chris. I was in and out. I saw the vehicle I wanted, he explained it thoroughly, we drove it and then sat down and crunched some numbers. He was great, the management team was awesome and the car was, and still is amazing.
I bought a new car at Team Nissan a couple weeks ago. It was the easiest and most pleasurable time I've ever had buying a car. My salesperson, Bridget Wurster, was great, full of information, funny, and put no pressure on me. The atmosphere in this dealership is casual and comfortable. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, even playing around and teasing each other. All in all, I had a wonderful time, and have told all my friends about it.
I went to do test drive on a raining day so I was not able to see huge area of scratches on the hood. This is the first time I bought a car, so I did not have much experience on how to buy a car. The next day, after I finished paperwork, we went to the parking lot to pick up the car, and the salesman said he did not notice any of the scratches. I did not say anything before he pointed this out, so I think he already knew that before we did the paperwork. He just waited for I signed all documents, and said I am sorry I did not notice that. He did not provide any service or allowance to help me fix the scratch. I knew that car has been put on their parking lot for a month, so there is no way he did not notice that before. Now, I can only hope the car will work well, if not, I can only say people from team Nissan have bad heart.
So after visiting several dealerships over a 4 week period looking for a Nissan Altima in my price range, I stumble upon Team Nissan in Vineland. I found a car in my price range and I decided to take the 45 min drive from Philadelphia to Vineland to see if what I was seeing was foreal. When I pulled up on the lot I walked over to the car I was interested in, I was approached by Danny, one of the sale consultants. He introduced himself to me and told me they were closed but he asked how he could help. I explained to him that my car had died about 4 weeks ago and I was looking to buy a car within the next few days. He invited in me in and asked me to fill out and applications so that we could run the numbers to see if the car would fit my budget, which was fine with me because I cared about was getting a car to fit my budget. When they ran the numbers we were about $20 a month over budget and so after spending 45 mins with Danny and the finance manager I decided that I need a weekend to think about it and that I would get back to them on Monday. This was the first dealership I had been to in 4 weeks that did try to pressure or insult me (see Cherry Hill Nissan review) when I told them I need a few days to mull it over before making a decision. After mulling it over and doing some research over the weekend and counteroffer the number I was given over the weekend and we were able to come to an agreement. Throughout the entire process I treated with respect by Danny and his managers. They answered all my questions and never once made me feel like my questions were dumb. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I didn’t get a full tank of gas and I wanted them to throw in the touch pen for to 2 scratches I found on the car and they wouldn’t. I should preface that I got a really, really good deal on the car, so I can kind of understand not wanting to give me anything else. If you are a female in the Philly/South Jersey area and you are looking to buy a car go to Team Nissan, they will treat you with respect.
