My friends and I really enjoy going to 402 compared to oasis. The scene is much more laid back and they have outstanding customer service. Much cheaper than oasis and its cheaper to get a new flavor. The guy that walks around with fresh coals is also a plus since you don't have to ask and wait a half an hour like at oasis. Overall these guys excel at managing a hookah lounge.
Hookah 402 is a small Hookah Lounge In Omaha the atmosphere is very laid back. The owners are very friendly, and knowledgeable about Hookah and together with their staff the provide incredible service. with a good selection of shisha to choose from this is my favorite spot to smoke out at. If you haven't been yet I highly recommend it.
The first time I went, I was very unimpressed with the local hookah and tobacco lounge scene. I've been to a few hookah and cigar joints throughout town and the better ones have closed down since. So I had low expectations. But when I saw they carried quality products, and saw the quality service they have, I was very impressed. The owners are genuinely interested in getting to know each and every one of their customers, and even have sat down to talk with customers (including myself) to find out more about their experiences there, their opinions, and just about themselves. Marco and Stephen are people persons, as are the other employees. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a quality experience.

I love the atmosphere. Passion melon and horchata are the best flavors they have hands down! Feels like I'm actually eating the fruit and drinking horchata.
