Always happy with the service. Fun atmosphere, especially sitting outside when weather permits. Personal favorites: Thai Chicken Wrap and their fresh salads and soups. Now, if we were only in Hawaii, then it might truly be Paradise!
Terrible service and bland food. I Ordered the deluxe grilled cheese panini (which is described as cheese bacon and mustard on sourdough) and all I got was just dry bread and cheese. None if the ingredients listed on the menu. When I asked why... they said because I didnt ask for the bacon or mustard. IT'S LISTED ON THE MENU WHY WOULDN'T IT COME ON IT AUTOMATICALLY? We had to ask 5 times for a roll with the soup because the soup guy did not understand english. They said they would bring butter to the table but never did. The "mac and cheese" looks like they made it from a box. Horrible service and food was just not good.
Don't think I have every had a bad meal in this place. Food is fresh, staff is wonderful, only issue is sometimes hard to find a seat.
