I love Starbucks. They are generally good with everything, sometimes the lines could be faster in the drive through, though. I'm sure this isn't their fault and it isn't a very long wait. Starbucks is Starbucks!
I was very much looking forward to the "buy one holiday drink, get one holiday drink free" promotion, however, my mother cannot have coffee or hot chocolate due to medical issues. She can, however, have chai. I explained this to the barista when I called prior to going to the Starbucks, and I was informed that no exceptions would be made. I understand, technically Chai isn't a holiday drink, but other locations make exception when they hear the extinuating circumstances. While it wasn't technically bad service, I wasn't provided true, understanding customer service. I usually don't have a problem with this location, and the baristas are typically kind, but for the remainder of the holiday season, I'll go to a location that I know will treat my mother with more kindness.

They stay messing my drinks up i probly call them every week because they forget the whipped creme and toppings! not my favorite at all.
