It may be the Pizza Hut that is most convenient to my home but the food gets very disappointing. They never put the topping on the bread sticks so you get just bread and they skimp on the cheese, especially when it comes to stuffed crust. Why pay the extra money for stuffed crust if they aren't going to stuff it with cheese. Very let down.
Terrible customer service and ridiculously long wait times for delivery. If I wanted to wait 2 hours for pizza I'd make it myself. The delivery person who gave me my pizza had a snarky attitude.
Both times I've called they havent had a delivery driver. On Saturday nights! What kind of pizza business is this... Terrible attitude on the phone.
This Pizza Hut wasn't very good but recently got put under new management and the new manager is doing 150% better than the old one, they don't mess up on anything anymore.
Always out of pan crust. Delivery is slow, pick up is a better option. Employees are nice, manager usually fixes mistakes.
