I can say that, since last year, BK has definitely improved in the quality of service department. The food isn't just wrapped any more, but is wrapped to eat on the go and then placed into a box. The fries are DEFINITELY a lot better than they were last year. They are less greasy and cooked better. The menu is also more appealing. The employee greeted me with a smile and ensured I had everything I wanted before I received my food. The Carolina Whopper was definitely good, however the chicken strips were overcooked, leaving them to taste a bit more like chicken gizzards. The Diet Coke was also watery and flat. Just some areas that could use improvement. I have yet to go inside, so I can't say how the decor is. As far as Burger King goes though, I am definitely impressed with the direction they are heading currently, as far as fast food restaurants go.
This is the worst Burger king I've ever been to. There's something always not working from the broiler to the drive through. I don't understand why BK doesn't get better employees every time you get something there they are always rude and your food is slapped together by what's seems like a one hannded monkey. I highly recommend staying away from this place. If their cleanliness is anything like their service then its a sure bet there's something in your meal that's spoiled or not suppose to be in your meal at all.
Dining room closed due to no employees. Drive thru line always too long. Then when the order is messed up, you don't have time to go back.
