Loved the atmosphere! Service was okay, not the greatest... The food is tasty, but the portions are to small for $40 a plate. lobster is extremely well cooked! biggest problem is the size of positions and size of the tables, but other than that everything is pretty much the best you will get in Dickinson.
A little worse then your typical fine dining establishment. Pretty good food though not many organics, but way over priced. About a $120 meal ticket for two people with full courses.
Great atmosphere/decor, mediocre service, absurd prices and disappointing food. I'm from a tiny little town and like to dine at nice restaurants when we travel. I came here last year and was very disappointed with the lamb dish I had but figured I'd give them another try. Nope, no improvement. Had the filet mignon which was supposed to have a bordelaise sauce but it came naked and bland. The salad was a plate of romane lettuce with one tomato wedge and some very icky store bought italian dressing. There are no premium wines by the glass. Waitress only did bare minimum to serve our table. 1 bowl of soup, 1 appetizer, 1 entree, 1 soda and 2 glasses of wine = $75. I don't mind paying more for fine dining but all you're buying here is the furnishings.
Great food and drinks, I absolutely love the atmosphere there and the staff is awesome. Had the lamb and a filet mignon and both were superb. Being from southern California where I'm use to a diversity in cuisine and great food I would have to say the Brick House would be at home with all the top restaurants I've experienced back home.
Went here for a dinner with collegues, just found it on the map while in town. Previous reviews are very accurate. Great Ribeye and NY Strip steaks. Cool decor, not expected from exterior. Everyone commented on how good the food was.
