terrible what is that meat they call burgers does not taste like beef at all and paper thin i ordered a philly cheese all the way nasty it didnt even have onions just a little fake meat and a bunn then i got the snackers platter two foot long hotdogs plenty of fries to go arround two cold hotdogs no toppings and a standard order of fries what a joke each one of these meals was at least six dollars no drink what a waste of money
We live in the area but make sporadic trips to this Coffee House because we are never sure what the experience might bring. The manager was our waitress, she was inefficient at best, negligent and rude at worst. Her daughter was there, and the manager was more interested in taking care of the "little manager" who screamed at the cook when he dropped a plate than of her paying customers. My young nephew was acting up, so his mother took him to the restroom for a time-out and of course he proceeded to scream. "Little Manager" said, "I'm afraid to go in there!" My mother managed and owned a number of restaurants in my youth and I was NEVER allowed to boss the other employees, or make snide comments about the customers (they should be considered the life blood of the restaurant staff, according to what I was taught). They are definitely in need of some good help and another manager at this restaurant.
while at work last night (5-11-12) my coworker called in to order him some food.when the phone wasn't answered he drove down to order in person .well he wasn't waited on there or even acknowledged and had to return to work with nothing to eat.this is uncalled for and i will never return until i have been assured this will not happen again.its bad when he gets aggravated at something especially just trying to get food.
Truly awful.
