I have never been to a restaurant with such poor service mixed with horrible food. Our server kept asking "need anything?" as a formality before quickly abandoning us for 20 minutes at a time, even after a steak sat uneaten for 20 minutes after it was brought. My chopped steak was filled with gristle and my husband's steak, ordered medium done, was so well done it didn't even look like meat anymore. He hoped to flag down our server to get steak sauce to at least try to power through the overcooked meat and waited over 20 minutes after the food was dropped off. Still our server did not think to ask if something was wrong, or at least the typical "how is everything tasting for you?" I would go without eating rather than eat here again.
Extremely familiar and rude waiter. I will never return.
Great staff and great food. Restaurant has improved vastly from what it was 10 years ago
If you are in the mood for steakhouse food, pay the extra $5 and go to the Outback down the road.
