I have frequented Outback Steakhouse Restaurants for years and have NEVER experienced such awful customer service. The front manager, whose name is Christina, is the rudest and single most incompetent food service manager I have ever encountered. After waiting for over an hour, and making excuses as to why we were not seated, she had the audacity to tell her superior store manager that she did not know that we were waiting. This person has no business in Food Service, much less management. I expected much more from an Outback Steakhouse Restaurant. I would NOT recommend this restaurant to anyone, at least not while she is employed as management.
The worst. My family has always enjoyed the food and service from Outback but this particular store was not worth the trouble. The rude male at the door quoted us 50 minutes and 50 minutes later was adamant that we only had waited 20 minutes. When we tried to speak with him and resolve the issue we were treated very poorly. Not worth the trouble. We had a very plesant experience next door.
I wouldn't recommend this place. The service was great, but the food was a little off.
Best margaritas and steaks around!
Curbside pickup for 5:30. It's now 5:45.......... still waiting
