Monroe has been taking care of my tire needs since 1995. They know I don't have a lot of time when one of my big trucks needs tire work. They are right there to fix the problem and gets my truck back on the road. My personal vehicles receive the same treatment. I take them to him or have them towed in, whatever the case and they jump on it and get it going. They have a very nice waiting room, clean, coffee and free Wi-fi and the mechanic comes to you to tell you what's wrong with your vehicle ! ! Monroe Tire & Service is an all around great place to get your car fixed for a reasonable price. These guys work for their money just like you and me. One of the reasons they are so successful is that it is a family owned business. They treat everyone as part of the family!!!!!

I am from out of town and bought a distressed car in Shelby. This car had been off the road for awhile. The owner leveled with me what was wrong and I then needed to get it fixed. I could have spent $250 dollars towing it to the town where lived or use that money to help pay for the repairs and find a local trustworthy shop. After reading the myriad of good reviews done on this shop I called the owner Chris Monroe. We worked on getting the car to the shop the day before Christmas. I turned the car in to Doug Jones the store manager. They inspected the car and gave me a written estimate on everything within an hour. They started working on the car and were done by Friday noon.. At the end of the week the car was done. I have had tires, brakes, oil change, lighting, brake fluid transfer, inspection etc. They did the work to the penny and it has been driving great ever since. I think that half the shop worked on the car at one time or another. and they were all top notch. I was blessed to find this shop I wish this shop was in my town.l!!
