This resturaunt is HORRIBLE. I hope no one goes here. The fries are stale, the meat is gross, the bathrooms are nasty, half their machienes are "broken" the service sucks, smh. I come from iowa, but I was visiting my family here and never again will I eat at this resturaunt. Ok when I said the restrooms were bad, I mean BAD. There was a bloody tampon on the floor in there. Plus toilet paper on thr floor. GROSS.
This McDonald's is so slow. They cannot get orders right. They need to hire more intelligent employees.
I went into McDonalds with my boyfriend and brother for a simple sweet tea. I order the tea, the woman takes my money and hands me a cup (and let me tell you with an hour to spare someone should have known the tea was expired). So unknowingly I had just been served a nice big cup of food poisoning. I walked over to get the tea and started pouring it into my cup noticing its kind of bubbly but didnt think much of it, when my boyfriend says that tea is old. So now im looking up past the canister holding the tea (ketchup smeared on it) and I look up to the top where I see a sticker saying "use until 1:15" and by know its been out long enough to be changed its about 2:30". I didnt want to waste my money and Im thinking well maybe it will be ok, we keep tea for a few days at home. Then I wait about 3 minutes for the woman who had run over to restock something to move so I could get a lid. Then much later after I had left this disgusting place filled with flies and dirty tables, when I'm at home near vomiting I realize the tea was really old. At home it keeps because its in a fridge, its like leftovers, you put them up in the fridge they're fine but if you leave them out in the wrong temp. It multiplies bacteria that can make you sick which is what the tea did. Trust me I LOVE mcdonalds but never ever ever go to this one.
Serious lack of management is very apparent. I will not be eating there again. I gave them one last chance after a bad experience the last few times and enough is enough. Bad food, Bad Service, Bad everything!
Consistently Disappointing. Need to pick up on speed, accuracy, and customer service.
