I've given this local restaurant numerous chances and 90% of the time the service was unacceptable. I've waited tables in high-end restaurants for 10 years and know a bit about this type of business. My son and I went in for a late lunch and was seated in the bar area. The music was SO loud that I could not even focus to read the menu. My son also said it was too loud so we walked out and went to Fatz, where the music was much more acceptable for a dining business. I've used the "Curb Side, To-Go service about 5 times and with the exception of one time, they never gave me plastic eating utensils to eat my to-go order with. How do you eat mashed potatoes, a salad, and grilled shrimp without a fork????? Today was the last, and final straw. It took them almost 30 MINUTES to bring my curb side to-go order of mashed potatoes, a salad, and grilled shrimp, and they FAILED TO GIVE ME THE DRINK I ORDERED WITH THE MEAL. They failed to give me eating utensils. I was so late for an appointment, because of this, that I had to leave without the drink and had to eat with no utensils and no drink. The woman at the bar that was working on my order acted like she could care less. No apologies, no explanations.....NOTHING! This is not an acceptable business. If we allow them to continue to treat us customers like this, they will never change. So I will never go back. From now on, Fatz will get all my business.
Slaw was very dry and the tea was horriable. Service was good and honest.

Decent burgers, but their menu selection isn't very good, and they got rid of the only thing besides a burger that I liked there (NY strip).
The service was very slow and they were out of food that I ordered (ribs, then the blondie).
