Like others have said, very slow service. Food was average. I got a hamburger and we were here for dinner. From walking in the door to leaving was an hour and a half. We waited awhile for the server...then waited for the server to bring drinks (15 minutes)...then waited for the appetizer...then waited for the entrée. Restaurant needs to hire more servers if you are this slow. This place seemed to serve sit-down fast food with a horrible wait. I have eaten at the one in Jacksonville, but that was 8 years ago and I really can't compare the two (too long ago to remember). Prices seemed a little above average. There were quite a few 300 lb+ people in here so I imagine it may be quite popular place as a local feed trough for those types (the servers spent longer tending to these people).
Great food. Plan to bring some home, because the serving size was plentiful. Our waitress Mel was fabulous.
Sucked got everything wrong season fries are just salted fries it sucked
I have been coming to this locations a few times a year for about three years now. Quite recently I have seen very drastic changes in the restaurant as a whole. New paint on the outside and inside, new carpet, the place looks much cleaner. Overall great improvements. I think it is under new ownership maybe? I will continue to dine in here, and I am eager to see more improvements.
I have always like this place as a local. I have never had a bad experience, the staff was friendly. My bartender Trina was amazing and always on her A game. People might have 1 bad experience, but this place on the regular is a great place to come and eat at.
