It's a marina, not a restaurant. They have 4 options on the menu. They were out of 2 of them and they didn't even have ketchup. Service is very slow and... all in all. Come for the view and Budweiser beer (they don't have anything else), don't stay to eat.
This is a beautiful place been there as part of a meetup group. The Outdoor Seating offers a scenic view of the lake, the food is okay the bar is pretty nice and service is pretty good. This is a place to enjoy the lake have a drink relax and chill out. The food took little longer than expected but i would not worry about wait time as the place offers such beautiful scenery and live bands playing so it was worth spending time.
I have going to Bear Creek for years now and have seen it change hands over the years. We have a place on the lake so going here is a weekend thing for us and any quest we have visit us. I was told this weekend they you may not open this year and that Bear Creek was for sale???? tell me this isn't so?? We stopped in to fill with gas and were unable to get gas, pumps said see cashier inside and when I walked up the doors were locked. This was on Saturday April 12th at around 3pm please post update as to when you will be open for the season of 2014.
