won't go back... sat there wanting to order but nobody came to our table. another waitress who said it wasn't her table got our sodas and then we waited... after 15 minutes we had enough and left. ( our drink waitress did not seem surprised). went up the street to Simple Twist cafe and had a great meal, with attentive staff. we Will go back there!
While the inside of the restaurant might not impress you, the food surely will! They offer a selection of craft beers from local breweries and the bar has a wide range of taps available. The price of some items might be a little high, but they are prepared very well and you will leave stuffed! Make the drive and try them out today and you won't be disappointed!
I got to visit this little gem again Thursday evening and I got the shrimp and lobster mac n cheese, yeah it was good. My buddy got the bourbon brown sugar ribeye, it's up there in flavor and melts in your mouth. Definitely will be going there many more times.

My husband and I absolutely love this spot! They are consistently fantastic whether dining in or taking out. They locally source ingredients and you can tell because everything tastes so fresh. Everything we have tried has been wonderful, and the beer selection on tap are from local NC breweries. Things to try: merlot & garlic ribeye, fish tacos, ceviche, lobster cakes, scallops, lobster mac-n-cheese, and anytime they have mahi. Located right off 40E makes this is a perfect stop on your way to the beach, but for all the Raleigh city folk you score too, because they just opened up a location in North Raleigh. Enjoy :)!
