Went through the drive thru to order a dozen donuts, they were out of a certain kind, so went to order a different kind. When reviewing the order, they somehow ran out of yet another kind. Ended up only getting 6, charged for 12, and Nate called my mother "damn bitch". Nate comes out and says it wasn't directed at her, but we were the only ones at the drive thru. Waited for the what we were told would be a female manager to speak to, but ended up talking to a young man. Got home literally 2 minutes later, I call to speak to a manager, and got the female manager and she just got there, or so she says. Long story short, they are despicable workers, they obviously are liars, and they just don't give a shit. WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS CRAP HOLE AGAIN. You've been warned.....
Hit and miss with this place. Sometimes it's good and sometimes it blows. Cmon now, I've been asking for wet nuts for my hot fudge sunday several times now. And this last visit didn't even have the hot fudge!
Worst Dunkin Donuts in the country! Always out of donuts, staff is horrible. They won't last much longer..............I hope!
This is the worst DD ever!! They are completely disorganized and inconsistent with service. I advise you to check your order before you leave. It is the closest DD to my job but it need major improvements. They recently remodeled the store but its not the cosmetic appearance that was lacking.
Went in for a milk shake. They put the new guy on it by himself with no supervision. The poor guy had no idea what he was doing. Took over ten minutes (not his fault - the consistently poor management's fault). Also, a staff member - wearing his uniform - was making out with his girlfriend in the parking lot minutes before his shift, plainly visible to all customers.
